Zach Dorsey Schwenksville PA Death – Zachary Zach Dorsey, a former football player for the Spring-Ford Area School District has died. Family and friends were left in disbelief after his passing.

There is no known reason for his passing away. A three-year starter, an All-League Offensive and Defensive lineman, a Senior captain, and the recipient of the Class of 2015 Spring-Ford Touchdown Club Award, he was a standout at the defensive line position.

A. Zachary Philip Dorsey boasted an outstanding athletic career during his time in high school. On the football field, he distinguished himself as a multi-year starter for the Rams’ varsity team and as a two-way lineman for the Rams, who worked under the direction of head coach Chad Brubaker.

In the year 2014, he was recognized with the Offensive Lineman of the Year award from the Pioneer Athletic Conference (PAC) as well as the Spring-Ford Touchdown Club Player of the Year recognition.

As an offensive lineman, he was selected for the All-Pacific First Team, and as a defensive lineman, he was selected for the All-Pacific Second Team. Additionally, he demonstrated his abilities by participating in the PSFCA East-West All-Star Game.

Not only did Zach flourish in football, but he also excelled in wrestling and track and field, winning seven varsity letters in each of these sports along the way.

In the sport of wrestling, he was selected to the All-PAC Academic Team, won All-PAC Second Team accolades, and qualified for the state competition at the weight of 285 pounds. His performance in the shot put earned him a spot on the All-Pacific First Team in track and field. The amazing athleticism and dedication that he possesses is reflected in his accomplishments across all of these sports.
