Ygor Correia Bellingham Death – The adolescent who was shot and murdered over the weekend at a sizable home party in Northborough, Massachusetts, is still being investigated by police. Early on Sunday morning, Ygor Correia, 16, of Bellingham, was shot during a big party at a house on Howard Street.

Three Suspects Arrested
At Westborough District Court, Wallisom Texeira Da Silva, 20, of Hyde Park; Arnoldo Nogueira Filho, 19, of Marlborough; and Pedro Desouza-Passos, 27, of Rockland, were charged with possessing guns.
While Nogueira and Desouza-Passos were detained on cash bail, Texeira Da Silva was detained without bond. Their attorneys stated that the material provided by the prosecutors did not clarify the reason for the stop of their car, with one suggesting that the case could be dismissed.
The three gun suspects’ criminal complaints merely mentioned that a Southborough police sergeant was assisting with the vehicle’s processing; they provided no details about how the New York-registered Nissan they were driving was pulled over.
According to the accusations, the woman who was recognized as the 21-year-old who was being celebrated at the party was driving when she and a female passenger got out of the car. The three guys were then taken into custody.
Prosecutors claim that ammunition was discovered in two black purses, one of which was a Gucci purse, that were at the rear of the car. The accusations stated that a detective questioned who the bags belonged to after reading the Miranda rights to each of the five occupants of the vehicle in both English and Portuguese.
Texeira Da Silva claimed to be the owner of the Gucci bag that had a single 9mm bullet and his Brazilian passport; he, Nogueira, and Desouza Passos were later taken into custody for allegedly possessing weapons without the required paperwork.
Firearm Discovered by Investigators
The complaints state that a gun without a serial number was later discovered by investigators on a walkway at the party’s host property. It was purportedly said to be Texeira Da Silva’s. Texeira Da Silva was detained without being granted bail; according to Worcester Assistant District Attorney Michael Luzzo, he and Nogueira are both subject to a detainer issued by the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The statement of facts was deemed “somewhat strange” by Nogueira’s lawyer since it failed to make any connection between the shooting and the traffic stop or provide information about the authority police had to search the purses. The attorney representing Desouza Passos went on to argue that there may be grounds for dismissal, stating that “the statement of facts does not indicate why the vehicle was pulled over or why it was searched.” The next court date for all three men was May 20.
