Travis Hall Wainwright AB Death – General manager at Wainwright Junior B Bisons Travis Hall has sadly passed away. He died surrounded by loved ones on Monday 9th September 2024 at the age of 40.
He was confirmed dead through a post that said “With Extremely Heavy Hearts We Want Inform Everyone of the Passing Of Our Long Time GM Travis Hall! Travis was an amazing human, the backbone of Our organization, & he will be sadly missed.” The cause of his death is unknown.
Travis Hall’s role as General Manager of the Bisons goes far beyond managing the day-to-day operations of the team. His approach to leadership was marked by a genuine care for both players and staff.
Hall’s leadership style was rooted in empathy and encouragement, creating an environment where players feel valued and motivated. Juggling the demands of managing a hockey team with family responsibilities is no small feat, but Hall handles it with grace and dedication.
His family was often seen at games and events, supporting the team and reinforcing the sense of togetherness that Hall cherishes. His ability to balance his roles as a family man and a hockey leader was a key aspect of his personality.
He draws strength from his family, which in turn enriches his professional life. His children, in particular, are a source of inspiration for him, and their enthusiasm for the sport further fuels his commitment to the Bisons.
Travis Hall’s influence extends beyond the rink and into the community. His involvement with local initiatives and charitable events highlights his commitment to making a positive impact.
Travis is survived by his wife, Nita and their three children, Reese, Brooks and Hendrix; parents, Barry and Gail Hall; ; his two brothers, Jeffrey Hall and his children Evan and Chloe and Brent (Shivani) Hall and their children Jace and Chaz; his grandmother, Albina Miller; Father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mike and Myra Stafford; Brothers in-law, Marc (Fallon) Stafford and their children, Piper Sloane and Bodhi, Eric (Monique) Stafford and their children, Reid, Nixon and Axtyn; Nita’s grandmother, Ruth Iverson as well as extended family and many, many friends.
A Celebration of Life for Travis will be conducted on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 1:00 PM from the Peace Memorial Multiplex, Wainwright. Interment will take place at the Wainwright Cemetery.
