Dr. Falkenberg dedicated his life to the advancement of ophthalmology and the well-being of his patients, practicing in Fredericksburg from 1996 to 2025.
Born with an innate passion for medicine and innovation, Dr. Falkenberg graduated magna cum laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree.
In 1987, he earned his Doctorate in Medicine from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, graduating cum laude. His commitment to excellence continued through his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey, where he also served as Chief Resident.
