Peter Graff Lombard IL Death, 72-year-old man died in Joliet car accident

Peter Graff Lombard IL Death – Wednesday night, a four-car collision on West Jefferson Street close to the Joliet Municipal Airport claimed the life of a 72-year-old Lombard man.

Just after 6:30 p.m., Joliet police spokesperson Dwayne English said that officers were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle traffic incident with injuries at West Jefferson Street and Airport Drive. The Will County Coroner’s Office identified the driver as Peter J. Graff.

According to the initial report, Graff’s Ford Ranger truck collided with the back passenger side of a 44-year-old Shorewood woman’s Jeep Grand Cherokee while it was traveling west on West Jefferson.

According to police, the woman was also traveling in the inside lane on West Jefferson Street, heading west. According to authorities, the 38-year-old driver of a Tesla 3 who was traveling west on West Jefferson Street in the curb lane was also struck by Graff’s Ford pickup in the back driver’s side.
