Osiris Washington Funeral Arrangements
The funeral service was held at Elmwood Funeral Home Chapel, located at 5750 Hwy 277 South in Abilene, Texas, on Friday, August 13, 2021, at 3:00 PM. Dennis Chappell presided over the visitation on Friday, August 13, 2021, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Elmwood Memorial Park was be the site of the burial.
