Noel Gonzalez CT Motorcycle Accident – Noel E. Gonzalez, a 49-year-old resident of Waterbury, tragically lost his life in a motorcycle crash late Friday night, September 13, on Route 34 in New Haven, Connecticut.
The fatal accident occurred at approximately 11:09 p.m., according to state police. The crash, which involved two motorcyclists, took place on Route 34 Westbound, just east of the South Orange Street intersection.
Preliminary investigations by Connecticut State Police indicate that Gonzalez was riding his motorcycle westbound alongside another motorcyclist, referred to as “Vehicle #1” in the report. While the other motorcyclist sustained non-life-threatening injuries, Gonzalez was gravely injured and later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
As a result of the collision, two traffic control signs were damaged. The Connecticut State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Squad (C.A.R.S.) responded to assist with the investigation. Authorities are urging anyone who may have witnessed the accident to contact Troop G at (203) 696-2500.
