Chicago police arrested four suburban men early Sunday morning after they allegedly attacked multiple employees at Mount Greenwood Barraco’s Pizza on the Southwest Side.
The offenders, all 20 years old, were identified as Andrew Fedyk of La Grange, Harry Kenny of Glen Ellyn, Frank Paris of River Forest, and John Powers IV of Oak Park.
The incident occurred around 1:37 a.m., involving the assault of four victims—a 20-year-old, a 28-year-old, a 45-year-old, and a 61-year-old man—along with an off-duty police officer who intervened. Arrests were made between 1:45 and 2:22 a.m. Some offenders were apprehended at the restaurant, while others were found nearby.
The 61-year-old victim suffered severe head injuries, and another victim was left with head cuts. Each offender was charged with multiple counts of aggravated battery, with additional charges including the use of a fake ID, robbery, and aggravated battery/strangling. They were scheduled to appear in bond court on Tuesday. Alderman Matt O’Shea noted that at least one victim was hospitalized.
