Narsiso Alamilla Murder Suicide Abilene TX, Baby Costancio Death – The bodies of a man and a woman, both of whom had been shot, were discovered in the front yard of a house early on Wednesday morning, according to the police.
To approximately two minutes before two o’clock in the morning on July 17, 2024, officers responded to a report to a residence located in the 5200 block of South 7th Street, as stated in a press statement issued by the Abilene Police Department.
They found Narsiso Alamilla a.k.a. Siso Esparza Alamilla, who was 47 years old, and Baby Rose Constancio, who was 49 years old, both suffering from what seemed to be gunshot wounds immediately upon their arrival.
Both of them were involved in a romantic relationship. Notifications have been submitted to the next of kin, and the investigation is being handled by detectives of the Criminal Investigations division as if it were a probable murder-suicide.
The medical examiner’s office has been notified of both bodies and will conduct an autopsy on them. It has been stated by the authorities that there is no threat to the general public.
