James Robert Messex Missing; St. Charles County man missing since April 7

James Robert Messex Missing – It has been reported that James Robert Messex is missing, and the St. Charles County Police Department has issued a Missing Person Alert.

The last time anyone saw James was on April 7 when he was seen getting into a black SUV with an unknown individual in the One Thousand Motherhead Road neighborhood. In addition to having developmental difficulties, James is a pharmaceutical user.

On the 24th of August, James did not show up at his place of employment, and his guardian has been unable to detect his whereabouts.
