Mark Sutcliffe Stouffville ON Death, Man died in shooting in Keswick park

Mark Sutcliffe, a resident of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario, and a graduate of Stouffville District Secondary School has passed away. He was announced dead through a social media publication that reads:

“I just can’t believe it. Mark Sutcliffe thank you for so many wonderful memories, you will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace.” Mark Sutcliffe was loved and cherished by his family and friends. His sudden death has left so many heartbroken and sad.

Who was Mark Sutcliffe?
According to York Regional Police, two persons have died as a result of an early-morning gunshot at a park in a peaceful Keswick suburb. Just before eleven a.m., police announced that they were looking into two homicides that had occurred at Bayview Park.

Just before 7:30 a.m., according to the YRP, they were called to the park in response to gunfire. Officers found two adult victims with gunshot wounds in Bayview Park when they got on the scene.

According to a press release from the police, they were declared dead at the spot. Photos from the site on Wednesday morning showed police cars and officers near the park’s entrance.

From Doverdale Drive to the south, Bayview Avenue and The Queensway to the northwest, and Fairwood Drive to the east, police established a perimeter. According to authorities, the Homicide Unit is involved and is handling this as an individual occurrence.

The public is not in immediate danger. Although there is now no suspect information available, police stated they are searching for a suspect or suspects in the case.

Although the schools are not related to the event, a number of nearby schools were placed under a hold and secure order while police conducted their investigation. While they look into it, police are advising folks to stay away from the area. Additionally, they’re pleading with anyone who knows something to come forward.
