Maplewood Park Shooting Investigation Today: Police investigate as one person is dead, and six others injured in Rochester, N.Y
Rochester police are investigating a shooting in Maplewood Park that left one dead and six others injured Sunday night. Around 6:20 p.m., officers to Maplewood Park for the report of a large gathering with shots fired.
Once there, officers found multiple people who were shot. Police say a victim in his 20s is dead, while six others were injured in the shooting, with one of the victims in critical condition.
Multiple people were transported to the hospital and walked into the hospital with a gunshot wound. There are no suspects in custody.
