Authorities say one boy was located unconscious at the scene. The kid-now identified as Luke Jagielski was confirmed deceased. Officers said no foul play is suspected in the death.

The Hingham Police Department and Hingham Fire Department responded to the scene of the incident. Counselors were available at the middle school campus for all students affected by the incident.
