Leominster Hospital Incident: Code Black lockdown at UMass Memorial HealthAlliance-Hospital, Leominster Campus in MA

Leominster Hospital Incident: Leominster Police Department and Leominster Fire Department were called to the scene of an incident at the UMass Memorial HealthAlliance-Hospital on Monday, 24 July 2024.

According to law enforcement agencies, the Leominster Hospital Campus was placed on lockdown following a bomb threat today.

Locals were urged to avoid the scene due to police investigation. According to the Leominster Police Department, arriving officers searched through the hospital campus and declared the area safe and free from any suspicious item/incident. Leominster Police intercepted the suspect involved in the threat call in Holden, MA. He was taken into custody.

FM 1151 Accident: 3 hospitalized after crash between Washington and Osage

Three people have been taken to a local hospital after a crash in Randall County. DPS Sgt. Cindy Barkley said the crash involved three cars on FM 1151 between Washington and Osage.

Sgt. Barkley said a pickup towing a trailer was driving eastbound on FM 1151 while another car was driving westbound on FM 1151. The pickup veered into the westbound lane and struck the car. Another car driving in the westbound lane crashed into the car as well.

Three people were taken to a local hospital with serious injuries. FM 1151 was blocked off between Washington and Osage while crews worked the scene.
