Kyle Cunningham Obituary – Kelly Warren & Associates Director of Operations Kyle Cunningham of Youngstown, Ohio has died. On Monday 6th May 2024, he died leaving family and friends in shock at the age of 35.
The circumstances surrounding the actual cause of Kyle Cunningham’s death have not been made public at the time of this report. He was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, a son of Glen and Kathy Schragal Cunningham on December 8, 1988.
Kyle Cunningham Education and Career
Kyle began his Boy Scouting career as a tiger cub when he was a toddler and eventually worked his way up to the rank of Eagle Scout. As a student at Cardinal Mooney High School, Kyle participated in the golf team and served as the equipment manager for the football team during all four years of his high school career, culminating in his graduation in 2007.
When Kyle was a junior in high school, he participated in the Celebrate weekend. He continued to be involved in this ministry for a number of years, primarily in the capacity of a facilitator, during which time he made a great number of friends who would be with him forever.
Kyle continued his education at Walsh University, where he served as the equipment manager for the school’s football team after graduating from high school.
After beginning his career in real estate in 2014, Kyle began working at Kelly Warren & Associates as the Director of Operations. In 2017, he was able to earn his license to practice real estate.
At Kelly Warren & Associates, Kyle was one of the cofounders of The Cunningham Group in the previous year. Throughout his career, Kyle was recognized as a leading producer and garnered a number of honors.
Kyle was a true supporter of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Dallas Cowboys throughout his entire childhood.

Along with his parents, Kyle leaves to cherish his memory, his brother Ryan Cunningham, sister Jessica Cunningham, niece Riley Cunningham, uncles Gary (Karen) Cunningham, Danny (Aimee) Cunningham and Jack (Donna) Schragal, several cousins and a host of extended family and very special friends.
Kyle is preceded in death by his grandparents Eugene and Betty Cunningham and Jack and Mary Schragal.
Family and friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Tuesday May 14, 2024, at the Fox Funeral Home 4700 Market St. Boardman. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. John Ettinger at 12 Noon Wednesday May 15, 2024, at St. Christine Church, 3165 S. Schenley Ave. Youngstown.
