Kenneth Kendall Seymour IN Death – Dekalb and Stewart Seed Salesman Kenneth Kendall of Seymour, Indiana has sadly passed away. On Sunday 7th July 2024 at the age of 66 surrounded by his beloved family.
The circumstances surrounding the actual cause of Kenneth Kendall’s death have not been released. Born on October 1, 1957, in Seymour, Kenny was the cherished son of Jack and Marilyn (Rumph) Kendall. His life was marked by a deep faith, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to his friends and community.

Kenny was a lifelong member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Jonesville. He was baptized in Christ on November 14, 1957, and confirmed in his faith on April 12, 1981. His faith played a central role in his life, guiding him through both personal and professional endeavors.
Kenny’s involvement in his church was a testament to his unwavering belief and his desire to serve others. Professionally, Kenny was a well-known and respected seed salesman.
He began his career selling Dekalb and Stewart seeds and spent the last 25 years as a Beck’s Dealer. Throughout his career, Kenny received numerous awards, recognizing his dedication, expertise, and outstanding service.
His passion for his work was evident in the relationships he built with his customers, many of whom became lifelong friends. Kenny’s approach to his work went beyond mere transactions; he genuinely cared about the success and well-being of those he served.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Kenny was an active member of the Jackson County Pork Producers for many years. His involvement in the agricultural community extended to receiving an Honorary Chapter FFA Degree with the Seymour chapter, highlighting his commitment to supporting and mentoring young farmers. Kenny’s contributions to the agricultural community were significant, and his legacy will continue to inspire future generations.

Kendall will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 15, 2024, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Jonesville, with Pastor Matt Jung officiating. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2024, at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Inc., Brownstown, and from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 15, 2024, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Jonesville. Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery, Seymour. Memorials may be given to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Jonesville, Seymour High School FFA, or Trinity Lutheran High School FFA.
