Keith Berger Moline IL Death – Backwater Gamblers Water Ski Show Team Member Keith Berger of Moline, Illinois has sadly passed away. The news of his passing has left many devastated.
He was confirmed dead through a post made on Saturday 8th June that reads “It’s with an absolute heavy heart that we announce that we have lost our dear teammate, Keith Berger.” The actual cause of Keith Berger’s death has not been made public.
Who was Keith Berger?
Keith spent what seemed like a mere fifteen years with the Backwater Gamblers. Keith held numerous positions on the team, including coach, bon fire extraordinaire, and boat driver.
Driving and mentoring skiers as they learned new stunts was Keith’s greatest love. Together with his spouse, Bridget Berger, he even founded our inaugural junior team. His unwavering goal is helping each person become a better person both on and off the ocean.
Keith drove a boat like a pro. He was given the authority to perform any and all precise, fast acts. He wanted to drive for Team USA one day and eventually get to the position of lead driver on our team. He was an even bigger part of our Backwater family, even though he played a significant role in site upgrades, boat detailing, transportation for our show, and practices. Keith created a closer bond than before between our team members.
Keith was a spouse, a father, a son, a coworker at John Deere, a die-hard Packer supporter, and a devoted friend outside of the Backwater Gamblers. Among his interests were repairing motorcycles, maintaining his boats, spending time with his wife and two children, and taking his pontoon boat out on the nearby rivers with pals.
