Juan Santiago Accident – A motorcyclist has died following a two-vehicle crash in Columbus Thursday evening.
The wreck happened near the intersection of Victory and Munson drives. Juan Santiago, 43, was pronounced dead at 5:45 p.m., according to Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan, who added that the victim’s body will be sent to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation for an autopsy.
No further details about the crash have been publicly released.

A man died from a motorcycle crash in Raleigh on Wednesday night. Raleigh police said the crash happened around 8:42 p.m. in the southbound lane of Atlantic Avenue near the intersection of Six Forks Road.
Investigators believe Antonio Williams was speeding and lost control of his motorcycle, a 2003 Suzuki GSXR-100. Williams went off the road to the right. He was ejected from his motorcycle and hit a tree. Williams died from his injuries. He was 23.
This case remains under investigation.
