Joey Stockton of glasglow has died unexpectedly, his death was announced and made public to all following a social media post which reads ” Hard to process my thoughts.
It has been a challenging day to put into words my LOVE for Joey Stockton. Joey was one of realest human beings I have ever met. Everytime I saw him he was always smiling. He had a great sense of humor and always made me laugh.
His LOVE for people was contagious. He was GENUINE and KIND to everyone. He was able to transcend many issues that most people get hung up on. We shared alot of memories and although I had not seen him in recent years we always picked up right were we left off. Rest easy my brother and see you on the other side friend. You will always have a place in my heart.

Another Wrote “I’ve spent the last 24 hours trying to come up with the right words to say. Words that would not only honor Joey Stockton, but would also comfort Amy Flowers Stockton.
I’m still at a loss for words. I can’t imagine the pain that Amy is going through. I’ve known her and Joey since I was 18 years old. Just a couple of kids renting out movies to ppl on the strip in Glasgow lol.
Little did I know that would be the start of a lifelong friendship. We spent vacations together, Joey was at my house almost every weekend for BBQ’s and corn hole tournaments. Amy and I have played on volleyball, softball and kickball teams together and against each other.
Our paths always seemed to cross, no matter where we were. Joey was a light! He could walk into a room full of ppl he didn’t know, and within 10 minutes, he would be friends with them all! Everyone loved him! He was so special to so many and Amy was always his rock. Always taking care of him and being his strong, loving wife. A wife that prayed for her man and stayed strong in her faith until the very end.
Amy, I know you have an army of ppl around you and I pray that gives you some comfort and strength, but what gives me peace more than anything is knowing he’s not hurting anymore and I know my Nana was waiting for him at those Pearly Gates with open arms lol.
He always loved my Nana, and she thought he was amazing. I will continue to pray for this family. We all lost an amazing person, but Heaven gain on heck of an Angel and I know he’s already giving Heaven a little Hell. Love to the Stockton Family always!!!.”
