Jason Jimenez, a resident of Anderson Indiana, and a corrections officer with the Madison County Community Corrections Office passed away on July 16th, 2024. He was confirmed dead in a social media post that reads:
“Jason Jimenez My Beautiful and awesome nephew was taken yesterday and I’m still in shock. He is with his mom now my Beautiful sister Cecilia Jimenez . Life is numb right now please pray for my family and close siblings Irene Anderson Jimenez Lalo Jimenez Lalo Edward Jimenez and Luis Jimenez Luis.”
Who was Jason Jimenez?
Having attended Anderson Community Schools and being a member of the Anderson Community Schools Alumni Network, Jason Jimenez, who resides in Anderson, Indiana, went on to pursue his education at Ivy Tech Community College.
When Jason entered the room, he was the kind of person who immediately shone brightly. He was a corrections officer with the Madison County Community Corrections Office. In spite of the fact that everyone else around him was feeble, he managed to maintain his strength.
He was the kind of person who would go to extraordinary lengths to safeguard his loved ones and friends. He was the cutest, most generous, most hardworking, most dedicated, and the kind of person who could light up a room.
He worked as a Sales Professional at GNC from 2014 to 2018 and was a Firefighter/EMT at Elwood fire department from 2014 to 2019. He also worked as an assistant at Community justice center from 2008 to 2023.

I will be praying deeply for your family as they navigate through this hard & difficult time. Love you my friend, until we meet again.” Jade added.
Nicole Jeanne Cox in a social media post said “Today I’m saddened to find out my friend of over 30 years Jason Jimenez aka Taco has passed away. He was the funniest, kindest most hardworking, determined, light up a room kinda guy.” Nicole added that “This one breaks my soul you were so loved my friend. We will celebrate all the amazing memories we’ve made with you over the years until we meet again. Praying for the family.”
