Jarod Brown Death – During a roadside incident that occurred on Monday evening in Ontario County, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reported that a worker in the automotive industry passed away.
At approximately five o’clock in the afternoon, deputies were dispatched to the intersection of State Route 21 and Hickox Road in Canandaigua after receiving a complaint of a male who was reportedly stuck behind a motor home.
Jarod Brown, 38 years old and originally from Dundee, was found by them when they arrived. On the side of the road, he was attempting to fix a tire when the motor home slipped off its jack, causing him to become trapped underneath the car.
The automobile was holding Jarod Brown hostage and holding him captive. It was determined that Brown had passed tragically at the scene of the tragic event. While deputies conducted their investigation, State Route 21 was closed for approximately four hours near Hickcox Road.
However, it has already been reopened to traffic. Investigation of the incident is still going on at this time.
In the wake of this tragic incident, we extend our deepest condolences to the families affected by this heart-wrenching loss. As they grapple with the indescribable pain of bidding farewell to their loved ones, we share in their sorrow and stand in solidarity during this time of profound grief.
