What Happened to Jackson Fendley?
The sad incident occurred on June 22, when a boat carrying three people collided with a wharf on Lake Gaston.
According to the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission, the alleged boat operator fled the scene but was later treated and discharged from the hospital. One other passenger was uninjured. Jackson died as a result of his injuries in the collision.
