According to law enforcement agencies, a suspect was killed after the SWAT team, police, and other departments were called to the CBL Properties at 2034 Hamilton Place Blvd. for a potential active shooter situation.
The incident happened at the 2034 Hamilton Place Blvd., an office building behind the Cheesecake Factory, Chattanooga Police say they are responding to a possible “active shooter” situation close to Hamilton Place Mall. The police are asking locals to stay away from the area at this time.
