Greg Hostetler Death – A man has died, and another injured following a tragic shooting that happened today in Hervey City business. One of the victims has been identified as Greg Hostetler, a resident of Dalton City, Illinois.
According to reports, Dalton City, Illinois passed away from injuries sustained following the shooting incident. The shooting took place in a Hervey City business Monday afternoon.
What happened to Greg Hostetler?
Deputy Sheriff Jim Root of Macon County stated that deputies were dispatched to the establishment in response to a complaint of a person who had been shot. As soon as they arrived at the scene, they discovered the suspect as well as two different victims who had been shot.
A hospital was called to treat one of the victims, while the other victim was pronounced dead at the scene of the scene. As a result of his injuries, the suspect was also taken to a hospital for treatment. During the investigation, a section of Route 121 in Hervey City was closed off on Monday afternoon.
