Faustin Isaiah Egalis Obituary – On April 1, 2024, at approximately 8:28 p.m., Fort Pierce Police officers responded to the 1200 block of North 16th Street in reference to a shooting.
Investigation revealed 27-year-old Faustin Isaiah Egalis suffered gunshot wounds while sitting inside a vehicle.
A Fort Pierce Police detective attempted to render aid but Egalis was pronounced deceased on scene by paramedics with St. Lucie County Fire Rescue.
He was the only occupant in the vehicle when officers arrived.
This remains an active and open investigation.
