Eddie Brown Racing Accident: The Piedmont Dragway’s Big Dog racing event has been suspended after a crash left a Rowan County participant and drag racing enthusiast in a coma on Thursday.
Eddie Brown was rushed to the hospital after a bad accident during the August 15th event at the Piedmont Dragway Inc. in Julian, North Carolina
The Piedmont Dragway Inc. announced that all events are hereby suspended following the crash tonight. Prayers have been requested for the family of Eddie following the tragic event.
Chaplain Greg Parker, of God Speed Ministry in Kings Mountain, NC, announced the news stating; “Eddie Brown had a bad wreck tonight and needs our prayers.”
Eddie is a Faith, North Carolina resident. He is the owner of Finish Touch Custom Remodeling ( a brand he started after his lucky $5 Carolina Black scratch-off won him a $250,000 in 2019.) The 15 Big Dog whih was rescheduled from Aug 8, has now been suspended following the wreck.
