Following a fatal collision in Spartanburg County on Wednesday afternoon, the motorist who passed away has been identified by the Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office. Around 3:30 p.m., a collision occurred on Gano Drive close to the intersection of Silver Lake Road. According to the coroner, two cars were involved in the crash.
According to Spartanburg County Coroner Rusty Clevenger, Dennis Thao, 31, was the driver who passed away. The coroner will perform a forensic examination on Thursday. The inquiry is being conducted by the South Carolina Highway Patrol. The identity and age of the second victim have not been identified by the authorities at the time of this report.
