Death: Addyson Shafer Spokane WA Boating Accident, Daniel Shafer daughter died in Clear Lake – GoFundMe

Addyson Shafer Death – Tragedy struck Clear Lake on Saturday afternoon when the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office recovered the body of a teenage girl who had gone missing after jumping off a boat with a friend.

The incident, which occurred south of Medical Lake, prompted a large-scale search and rescue operation. Deputies were called to the scene shortly before 1 p.m. after receiving reports that the girl, who had been on a boat with a friend, failed to resurface after jumping into the lake.

Cause of death
The Spokane County Marine Patrol and Dive Team were swiftly deployed to aid in the search. Despite intensive efforts by deputies and rescue personnel, it was not until approximately 5:10 p.m. that the girl’s body was located.

The recovery operation concluded with the girl being pulled from the water by emergency responders. The Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the official cause and manner of death.

Who was Addyson Shafer?
The name of the girl has been released by the family in a fundraising page as 13-year-old Addyson Shafer. She was a daughter to Tessa Christine Shafer and Daniel Shafer, a pharmaceutical sales representative at Hollister-Stier Laboratories in Spokane Valley, Washington.

She and her family are part of the Spokane Elite Dance Family. Authorities have not disclosed further details about the circumstances leading up to the incident. The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office has urged anyone with information about the case to come forward.

Daniel Shafer is organizing this fundraiser. The fundraising page organized to raise $15,000 has raised the sum of $5,512 at the time of this publication.
