Death: Aaron Walker of Des Moines Iowa died in deadly motorcycle accident

Aaron Walker Urbandale IA Death:- A 37-year-old Urbandale man has died following a deadly motorcycle accident that happened today, Thursday, the 25th of July 2025.

According to reports, Aaron Walker, a resident of Des Moines, Iowa passed away from injuries sustained in the motorcycle crash. The circumstances surrounding the accident has not been released.

Who was Aaron Walker?
Aaron Matthew Walker was born on October 8, 1986, to Randy and Maria (Newton) Walker in Washington, Iowa. He graduated from ADM High School, where he excelled as an athlete, playing baseball, football, and basketball.

His passion for sports shone through in all his activities, and he remained a loyal fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Miami Dolphins throughout his life. Aaron continued his education at the University of Iowa, where he earned his bachelor’s degree and made lifelong friends.

His dedication and hard work led to a successful career in the insurance industry with Nationwide and Berkley, where he was both respected and valued by his colleagues.

Known for his social nature and infectious enthusiasm, Aaron loved being surrounded by friends and family. His vibrant personality and love for music brought joy to everyone who knew him. He had an extraordinary ability to make those around him feel special and cherished.

Survived and preceded in death by
Aaron leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter by his parents, Randy and Maria of Adel; brother, Adam Walker of West Des Moines; grandparents, Jim and Marcia Wilson and Raymond and Mary Dickinson; aunts and uncles, Eric and Marsha Newton, Gary and Cindy Blunier and Kerry and Joe Hadley; many cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Don Newton and Don Walker.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 1, 2024 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home – Adel Chapel, 735 S. 14th Street, Adel. Memorial Services will be Friday, August 2, 2024 at 10:30 AM at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home – Adel Chapel.
