Davin Garcia identified himself as a fat killer and muscle builder at Unleashed Sports Nutrition. He was a graduate at Rio Rancho High School and a longtime resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, but was originally from Santa Ana, California.
Unleashed Sports Nutrition wrote: “To all of our family, friends, and members of our community, in support of the Garcia family, it is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our close friend, David Garcia. On Friday, May 10th David suddenly and unexpectedly passed away at the young age of 39.
The Garcia family requests privacy in this difficult time to mourn and grieve their tragic loss. Please respect their wishes. They will share information regarding David’s service when they are ready and we will update this post with that information as well.”
A friend of Dan and a close pal wrote on Facebook: “He was such a light in this world, always wanting to bring a smile to those around him. His sarcasm and humor were infectious, his hugs were meaningful, and his loyalty was unmatched.
There was nothing he loved more than being a father to his son Augustine and daughter Marisol. They were truly his source of happiness and peace. David, his children, and his family deserve for his memory to live on.

David Garcia was an extraordinary human being who touched the lives of so many people. He was one of those coworkers who made you look forward to coming to work because you knew you’d always end up laughing.
Even taking his family photos was always such a great time. So sarcastic, clever, and witty. A real champion for his kids and family. A friend who’d do anything he could to help you… the world is a darker place without him
