Dan Kozun Saskatoon SK Death:- Dan Kozun, a retired Bethlehem Catholic High School teacher has died. He was announced dead by those affected by his passing.
Dan Kozun, a resident of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan passed away unexpectedly this morning. There was no cause of death reported for Dan Kozun at the time of this publication.
The Gordie Howe Sports Complex Family wishes to express their gratitude to Dan for being there for us when we needed him as well as thoughts and prayers to Janice, Melissa and Matthew.
“My heartfelt sympathies go out to Janice, Melissa and Matthew, and to Linda, Tony and Lisa, and to the rest of Dan’s family and friends. I am so very sad for all of you. You were so blessed to have Dan as a husband, or Dad, or Brother, etc. The world lost a truly great man yesterday, one who will be greatly missed.”
About Dan Kozun
Dan recently retired from Bethlehem Catholic High School, and he was happily married to Janice. Janice, Dan’s wife, is a member of the Friends of the Bowl Board and also works at the Gordie Howe Sports Complex. They are the parents of two children, namely Melissa and Matthew.
The mechanical for the K+S Potash Canada Multi-Sports Centre building at the Complex was developed by Matthew, who works for Pow City Mechanical and was a contributing member of the team. Dan was a man of many virtues, including intelligence, kindness, insight, hilariousness, generosity, and humility.
To many, he was one of the most remarkable individuals they had ever encountered. It was a great blessing for Dan to be a husband, a father, and a brother to so many people. To many people at the Gordie Howe Sports Complex, he was a reliable employee, a colleague, and most importantly, a friend.
