In a devastating incident on Cleveland’s West Side, a 41-year-old woman lost her life on Saturday evening after being struck by a car, as reported by Cleveland police.

The fatal collision occurred when the woman hit a parked car within the 3700 block of W. 130th Street around 9 p.m., situated in the city’s Jefferson neighborhood.

Following the initial collision, the woman exited her vehicle, tragically encountering another vehicle that struck her. Despite emergency medical services’ swift response, she was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner later identified the deceased woman as Cassandra Fear.

Cleveland police have confirmed that the incident remains under active investigation, with no arrests made as of now, as authorities work to determine the circumstances surrounding this tragic event.
