Brittany Pinney Death – Turlock Police Department Community Services Officer Brittany Pinney has sadly passed away. She died on Thursday 20th June 2024 after suffering a medical emergency leaving family, friends and colleagues devastated.
She was announced dead through a post that said “It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our Community Services Officer Brittany Pinney. CSO Pinney passed away the morning of June 20, 2024, after suffering a medical emergency.”

Community Services Officer Pinney has dedicated over a decade of her career to serving the Turlock Police Department (PD). She began her journey with Turlock PD in 2011, starting at Animal Services where she displayed a strong commitment to the welfare of animals and the community.
Over the years, she developed a reputation for her compassion, diligence, and ability to handle challenging situations effectively. In February 2023, Pinney transitioned to the role of Community Services Officer.
In this new capacity, she has taken on a broader range of responsibilities that extend beyond animal services. As a Community Services Officer, Pinney plays a crucial role in fostering positive relationships between the police department and the community.
Her duties include addressing quality of life issues, providing support during emergencies, and working on crime prevention initiatives. Pinney’s extensive experience and dedication to public service have made her an invaluable member of the Turlock PD.
