Brittany Goolsby Saraland, AL, died car accident on Sept. 2 | Funeral Plans

Brittany Goolsby Death – An accident that occurred on Labour Day morning and included a single vehicle also resulted in the death of a baby.

The identities of three persons who were killed in the accident were made public today by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

Richard D. Dees, Jr., age 41, Savana M. Fuell, age 28, both of Mount Vernon, and Brittney N. Goolsby, age 34, of Saraland are three of the adult victims, according to the American Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA).

When the 2016 Ford Explorer driven by Dees off the roadway, collided with a tree, and caught fire, the adults and the newborn were all confirmed dead at the scene, according to the official statements of the state police. It was reported by the authorities that they were transported to the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences in order to undergo identification.

Another person who was hurt in the collision was Kalan A. Weaver, who was thirty years old and from McIntosh. According to ALEA, he was transported to University Hospital in Mobile for medical care.

After six o’clock in the morning on September 2, the collision took place on Sam Jones Avenue close to Denney Street in Mount Vernon. ALEA stated that troopers are continuing their investigation into the crash.

According to the obituary released by the family, Brittney was born on December 5, 1989 in Mobile, AL. Brittney was a loving mother and friend. She was a social butterfly who was welcoming to all. She loved being surrounded by family and friends at all times. She indulged in shopping, journaling/coloring, and taking long rides. She enjoyed listening to music and watching Alabama football. She took great pride in her children and their sports/activities. Her memory will live on through her children and she will forever be in our hearts.

Brittany Goolsby Funeral Plans
Visitation for Brittney will be held on Monday September 9, 2024 from 10:00-1:30 at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland, AL. Chapel service will immediately follow at 1:30.
