Brian Lemley Obituary – Owner of Lemley’s Automotive Brian Lemley of Woodstock, Alabama has sadly passed away. On Saturday 6th April 2024 at the age of 51, he died leaving behind family, friends and clients heartbroken.
He was confirmed dead through a post that reads “The world lost one of the best men ever yesterday, Brian Lemley. A loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend, and the best, most hard working mechanic around”. The actual cause of Brian Lemley’s death has not been released.
Preceded and Survived By
He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Clarence and Carolyn Lemley; brother in law Rick Miller and many friends that he held dear to his heart.
Left to cherish his memory are his adoring wife of 27 years, Marcie Lemley; precious daughters, Caitlin and Callie Lemley; sisters, Cindy Miller (Rick) & Tonya Lawley (Brad); brother, Greg Lemley (Sherry),Jason Beams (Jerrica), Jonathan Beams (Misty); nieces, Kristi Lemley, Nikki Hagood (Michael); nephews,
Chad Miller (Abbye), Bubba Lemley (Amanda), Koty Watts (Kayla), Jon Westin Beams, Jase Beams & Anakin Burrows; great nephews Maddox & Greyson Hagood, Coleson Miller, Aiden and Kaynen Lemley, Brennan Watts; great nieces, Haley Smith, Brooke Tisdale (Caleb), Brinlee Watts, Rayleigh Lemley; Father and Mother inlaws, Jerry & Barbara Beams; honorary family Melissa & Jeremy Wallen (Murphy & Madilyne); Christopher Lawley; Little Gene McKinney; Jerry and Kerry Deerman; Jim and Dale West; Gary Donner; Keith Whatley; and also a multitude of friends that he loved dearly.

Services by McCalla Memorial will be held at First Baptist Church of Woodstock in the fashion he set, Jeans and black Polos. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 9th from 6 pm to 8 pm with the funeral being held on Wednesday, April 10th at 1:00 pm. The final earthly resting place will be at Mt. Carmel cemetery.

“Going to miss my old buddy, Brian Lemley. He always gave me the bad news first on my truck, then paused and smiled and started laughing…I’m just messing with you. Then the good news. Never costed me what I expected. He always treated me and everyone else fair and honest. One mine and Chelsea Hiott’s biggest supporters in sports.
He loved my son and often called him to check on him. He kept a check on me while I was down after my stroke. I’ll never forget the night we took a limo to a concert in Tuscaloosa and he told the driver to go around the barricades and drop us off at the front gate. We all bailed out like VIPs and walked in while people just watched us like we were rockstars. You were a rockstar to many of us, Brian. See you again one day my friend”.

You never gave me bad advice you became my brother from the start. It’s hard to say that we got it from here, but we have to that’s what you taught us. Brian Lemley I don’t want to sound stingy but I want you back. I love you more than you knew. Hug our family tight in Heaven for us, tell them all the things they didn’t get to see!Until we meet again I’ve got your girls you can bet that!!!! Fly high my Brother”!
