What happened to Brad Nacio?
The victim from a Thursday morning hit and run on I-69 has been identified. The Allen County Coroner’s Office released today that Brad Anthony Nacio, 48, of Indianapolis died at the scene of the accident.
Multiple blunt impact injuries were determined as the cause of death and the manner of death has been ruled an accident. The incident remains under investigation and police are still seeking information from the crash that occurred near mile marker 319.
Anthony Nacio was a resident of Greenwood, Indiana, and a native of Algiers, Louisiana. Brad was the life of the (softball) party. What a kind man he was, devoted to partner Dawn Nacio and his kids.
He was a loving father to Abby Nacio and a stepfather to Kourtney Bell, according to his social media profile. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
