Beth O’Hara’s educational journey began at the University of Louisville, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Physiological Psychology in 2000.
Her passion for understanding the complexities of the human mind and body led her to further her studies at the Eisner Institute for Professional. Studies, where she obtained a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling.
Not stopping there, Beth continued her education at the New Eden School of Natural Health, where she earned a Doctor of Naturopathy in Functional Naturopathy, specializing in Functional Medicine Approaches.
With over ten years of experience as a Functional Naturopathic Practitioner, Beth specialized in Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Histamine Intolerance, and related conditions.
Her practice focused on uncovering the underlying causes of her clients’ health issues and guiding them on their healing journeys. Through her expertise, she has worked with hundreds of clients, helping them unlock the keys to their health mysteries.
Beth’s mission was deeply personal. Having experienced chronic health issues herself, she knew firsthand the struggles of being bedridden, in excruciating pain, and unable to function.
Her journey from illness to wellness fueled her dedication to empower others facing similar challenges. She aimed to provide them with the tools and support needed to reclaim their potential and live full, joyful lives.
