Beeline Highway Fire: SR 87 closed in both directions due to vehicle fire near Gilbert Road
A vehicle fire has forced the closure of State Route 87, also known as the Beeline Highway, in both directions at Gilbert Road just north of Mesa, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT).

A car fire on Interstate 4 westbound has been cleared after disrupting traffic near downtown Orlando Saturday afternoon.
Fire and smoke could be seen billowing from a silver sedan in the I-4 westbound lanes at mile marker 84, just before the highway passes over Colonial Drive in Orlando. Orlando Fire Department firefighters responded to the car fire and were able to quickly extinguish the flames. Officers from the Orlando Police Department were also at the scene.
