The incident took place around 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday in the 4200 block of Ritchie Highway. According to Anne Arundel County police, Anthony Wayne Hinton III, an 18-year-old from Glen Burnie, lost control of his vehicle, which subsequently crossed the center median and collided with a tree.
