Ann Sellers Murder Suicide – A man and a woman were found dead in Lancaster County, and the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office determined that their deaths were a murder-suicide.
Both Kyle Heagy, who was 32 years old, and Ann Sellers, who was 47 years old, were found to have died from gunshot wounds to the head, according to subsequent autopsies. According to the findings of the coroner’s office, Heagy had inflicted his own wound on himself.
In a statement, the East Lampeter Township police department stated that they arrived at a residence located in the 2800 block of Lincoln Highway East on Wednesday morning for a welfare check and discovered the two individuals to be deceased.
