Aaron Pelletier Southington CT Accident – CT state trooper Aaron Pelletier passed away in a tragic incident on I-84 in Southington. He was confirmed dead through a social media post that read:

“My heart goes out to your wife and boys. Absolutely heartbreaking. From CVS days to growing into adulthood, you’ve always had a heart of gold. Aaron Pelletier may you Rest In Eternal Peace. Thoughts and prayers to all of the families who have loved ones who risk their lives putting on that uniform every day.”

What was Aaron Pelletier cause of death?
Thursday afternoon during a traffic stop on a Connecticut highway, a state trooper was struck by a car and died as a result. According to the Connecticut State Police, Trooper First Class Aaron Pelletier was struck by the passing car when he was outside his cruiser on eastbound Interstate 84 in Southington, close to exit 31.

According to officials, the motorist fled the area after hitting Pelletier with the passing vehicle. Police eventually located the driver and apprehended him. Officer Pelletier had served with the Connecticut State Police for nine years. After the state trooper’s death, Governor Ned Lamont issued an order to fly the flag at half-staff.
